Tender Title: Open Tender for Renting Space on the Balcony of ADM PLC (Ramada Addis Hotel) for Traditional Ethiopian Coffee Services

ADM PLC (Ramada Addis Hotel) invites qualified and experienced coffee businesses, suppliers, and individuals to participate in an open tender to rent the balcony located at the entrance of the hotel building.

The rented space will be used to provide traditional Ethiopian coffee services and to offer roasted, ground, and packaged coffee to customers for sale.

Requirements and Contractual Obligations for Bidders

1. Legal Requirements

Bidders must submit the following valid and renewed documents:

• Business license relevant to the sector.
• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.

2. Catering Service Obligation

The successful bidder will be required to provide coffee services as part of catering and event services held outside the hotel building whenever such services are required.

3. Bid Security (CPO)

Bidders must attach a refundable bid security of ETB 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr), in the form of a bank-guaranteed CPO, to their tender documents.

4. Starting Bid Price is ETB 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr), excluding VAT.

Tender Submission Instructions

• Submission location: Administration/Finance Department, ADM PLC (Ramada Addis Hotel).
• Submission deadline: Within five working days from the date of this announcement.
• Important Notes
• Bidders must place their tender documents and CPO in a sealed envelope secured with wax and deposit it in the designated box at the Human Resources Administration Office.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the tender, either fully or partially, if it finds a better alternative.
