Invitation to Bid for the supply of Cafeteria service attendant Uniforms
Bid Announcement No. SSNT-T650

Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to conduct a bid for the selection of potential Manufacturers for the supply of Cafeteria Attendant Service Uniforms. Hence, EAG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated here under:

1. Any legally established bidders in Ethiopia with renewed Trade License for the current year, Valid Tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids and have a five (5) years related field working experience can get the tender document.
2. Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement by depositing non-refundable ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T650 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000000695827(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip project title with tender number and detail contact address of the company to the below address and will get the Tender document by return Email.
3. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Birr), which is valid for 150 days starting from bid opening date in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group", in sealed and separate envelope and the envelope that contain the bid bond marked "Bid Security". Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted. Ethiopian Airlines Group has the right to request the Bidder to extend the validity period of the proposal for an additional day.
4. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the original and copy of Technical Proposal, original and copy of Financial Offer, and Bid Security; and duly marking the inner envelops as "Original" and "Duplicate" and deliver to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Headquarter, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on November 06, 2026, until 02:30PM. The bid will be opened the same date at 03:00PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group Head Office bid opening room in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
