BID SUBMISSION TIME LINE:
The tender must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at RE office in Addis Ababa, Country office around CMC Michael from the date of this announcement, ten consecutive working days.
The bid box will be open in the presence of the bidders at 4:00 Am the day after of the bid submission deadline.
PHYSICAL SUBMISSION:
Bidders are submitting their bids in person as a physical hard copy, the technical specifications and financial offers must be prepared separately in a sealed envelope. The envelope must be clearly labelled and bearing an official company seal. and clearly marked by the "bidders' name, address, and the tender reference number and title stated above.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS:
- Financial & technical proposal.
- The bidders must offer there price only Ethiopian birr
- Bidders must attach a valid & renewed business license (tax registration certificate indicating (TIN), VAT, Valid tax Clearance Certificate, legal document for the current fiscal year.
- Bidders must have a legal invoice.
- Bidders must clearly indicate whether the price offered is before or after 15% VAT.
- Bidders must use their own stamped price quotation/sheet template.
- Official business physical location, postal, telephone and email address.
- Bidders should present any document of Certificate of Origin which for the Items to be purchased.
- Delivery timelines.
THE OFFER MIGHT BE REJECTED OR DISQUALIFIED:
- If technical proposals and financial offers are not submitted separately.
- If the reference number, contact address is not indicated on the envelope or on the subject line.
- If legal documents/licenses are not submitted as technical specifications.
- If the offer presented is incomplete.
- If the supplier fails to deliver within the timeline, Roots Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel or terminate the order.
GENERAL NOTE:
- Attach reference and recommendations from at least 3 international NGOs that your firm/company has done business with them.
- Attach the general purchase conditions of your offer preparation.
- The offer should be submitted in the language of the tender documents.
- Payment shall be made after delivery.
