INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

Development Bank of Ethiopia invites Grade 6 BC/ GC and/or above interested Bidders for The Procurement of Head Office Cafeteria Garden Landscape Design, and Construction Works Therefore,

1. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents to gether with their bid document: -

i. Renewed Trade License               IV. Tax clearance certificate

II. TIN Certificate                         V. Registration Certificate from government body

III. VAT Registration Certificate

2. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from January 13, 2025 upon payment of non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) to Corporate Branch office Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents in soft copy from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor through your Email Address.
3. The bidders shall inform the bank in person, if they could not receive the bid document through the mail address within one (01) day after purchased the bid document from the bank. Otherwise, the bank is not accountable.
4. Bidders must furnished bid security of birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.
5. Bid Proposal shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before February 04, 2025 before or at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia, Head Office, Addis Ababa, Tower III, 1st floor, Procurement Directorate.
6. Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address, on February 04, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their Original and Copy of Financial, Technical documents and Bid Bond separately in sealed envelope.
9. The language of the tender is English.
10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
