1. Interestd bidders are invited to apply considering the following points:

Qualifid bidders can obtain comprehensive term of reference from  kegna Beverages S.C Head Office starting from the first day of this invitation in exchange for a non-refundable fee of bIrr 1000 / one thousend birr/ deposit to Awash Bank Account No 01323116219900& can Collect TOR during office hours from Monday to Saturday morning /halfe day/ 

2. TThe bid shall be supported with bid securty of in the form of CPO or Bank Gurantee in the name of Keegna Beverages S.C.

3. bids shall be submitted in wax sealdtheree envelopes /#1 Technical, #2 Bid Security and #3 Finacial envelope/in 2 /two/ copies each ORIGINAL and COPY  separately for the Proposals and delivered by hend on or befor the deadline of the bid submiddion date.

4. Bidders shall attach their renwed business license registration TIN VAT Certificates to their technical Proposal.

5. The financial proposal shall be submitted separately in local currency /ETB/ including VAT nad other costs in detail.

6.The evaluation cereria will be the combined sum of Techncal and Fincial Score.

7.
