Jhpiego is an international, nonprofit health organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University. For more than 40 years, Jhpiego has worked to strengthen health systems and improve the quality of health care by designing and implementing effective, evidence-based, and affordable solutions. The organization empowers frontline health workers to deliver high-quality health services, particularly for women, newborns, children, and families in resource-limited settings. Jhpiego has been operating in Ethiopia since 2003.
Jhpiego Ethiopia hereby invites qualified, interested, and eligible bidders/suppliers to submit their competitive bids for the Transportation Service intended to support Human Resources for Health (HRH) Program.
Interested bidders are requested to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions outlined in the bidding document.

Bidders must meet the following minimum prequalification criteria: -

| 1 | Willing to submit clear copies of renewed business license, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, and current tax clearance certificate. |
| 2 | Have a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in vehicle rental services/ Transportation Services and be able to submit details of the vehicles to be provided, including make, model, and year of manufacture. |
| 3 | The bidder shall provide evidence of capability and experience in delivering the requested service under the company's registered name, or demonstrate a proven record of satisfactory service delivery |
| 4 | The bidder shall submit the financial and technical proposals in separate PDF files. |
| 5 | The bidder shall submit rates valid for one (1) year from the date of contract signing. |
Bid Submission and Inquiry Instructions
- Detailed bid documents should be requested via the e-mail address: Abebu.Andargie@jhpiego.org by starting on October 29, 2026.
- The bid closing date would be on or before November 11, 2026, until 5: 30PM, and the bid would be submitted via E-mail: ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org.
- INQUIRIES: Any questions regarding the bid shall be submitted in writing through the email address Abebu.Andargie@jhpiego.org . Jhpiego will then share responses to the questions to all bidders
- Unwritten questions and any verbal responses and/or comments will not be acceptable/binding.
- Bid will be rejected if not submitted via ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org e-mail address.
- Any document received after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected
- Jhpiego Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel the bid, accept or reject any or all.
