- 1.1 A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders upon payment transfer of non-refundable Birr 500.00(Five Hundred Birr) to our bank account number Hibret bank (1031810070051016), CBE (1000316642528) and/ or Awash bank (01304115176700) and collect the document by submitting the bank payment slip to Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 11th Floor Hibret Bank Head Office Building, Hiber Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street PHONE NO: 0115571824, 0921946995 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. From the date: October 05, 2026, during working hours from Monday to Saturday.
- 1.2 Bidders should provide a copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License & Registration, VAT Certificate, and TIN Certificate).
- 1.3 Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name written on the envelope to the Corporate Service Department on or before October 20,2026, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
- 1.4 Bid Document should be accompanied by a bid Security mentioned above, the bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for 90 days from the Bid opening date.
- 1.5 Bid Documents for all LOTs shall be submitted Separately.
- 1.6 Bidders can participate on each LOTs separately and/or all LOTs at the same time.
- 1.7 Prices quoted shall remain valid for 45 days from the Bid opening date.
- 1.8 The Bids will be opened on October 20,2026, at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Hiber tower 11th floor PSS meeting room.
- 1.9 PSS reserves the right to partially or totally cancel the bid.
