Invitation to Bid for Supply and Installation of W-Beam Guardrail Works under Wukro - Abreha Weatsbha - Nebelet - Filafel and Mykenetel Spur Road, Lot 1: Nebelet - Filafel and Mykenetel Spur Road & Lot 2: Wukro - Nebelet Road Project Including Wukro Town Road Spur

• 1. We hereby invite the bidders for Supply and Installation of W-Beam Guardrail Works Under the following road projects:
     1. Lot 1: Nebelet - Filafel and Mykenetel Spur Road Project &
     2. Lot 2: Wukro - Nebelet Road Project Including Wukro Town Road Spur who fulfill following requirements:
        1. GC-4 and above or BC-3 and above or Electromechanical Woks -3 and above or Manufacturers or Suppliers Business license issued by the authorized authority renewed for this year.
        2. Tax Identification Number (TIN No.) & VAT certificate.
        3. Experience: Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in fields such as construction, civil engineering, mechanical works, or infrastructure projects, or provide evidence of technical competence in installation techniques. Additionally, bidders may submit a proposed methodology and plan for executing of Supply and Installation of Guard Rail Works.

  2. All bids must be signed, stamped, sealed and accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000.00 (ETB One Hundred Thousand) for each works/project in the form of a CPO only in favor of SUR Construction PLC valid for a period of 60 days from the date of bid opening.
  3. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the above address.
  4. The bids shall be delivered at the above stated address on or before 23 October 2025, at 10:00 AM.
  5. Bidders are instructed to submit technical and financial proposals separately for each works/project in separate envelopes.
  6. Technical Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on 23 October 2025 in both above stated address in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.
  7. Financial bids will be opened only for those bidders who pass in technical evaluation on a date we will inform you.
  8. We will not be responsible for any costs/expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with site visits, preparation, and delivery of bids.
  9. we reserve the right to reject any or all parts of the bid without assigning any reason/s thereof.
