Mines, energy and petroleum bureau invites interested bidders for this project.

1. 1. 1. Bid Document Collection

The bid document shall be available from September 2, 2025, at the mines energy and petroleum bureau, finance, logistic and Procurement department located at, jigjig, In front of the sport stadium, next to agriculture bureau, ground floor, Room I, Facilities procurement team.

1. 1. 2. Office Hours for Collection Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00P.M. and 1:00 PM-4:00 P.M. Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00P.M.
      3. Bid Document Fee

A non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only) shall be paid.

Bidders must present copies of the following:

Renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Supplier's list

1. 1. 6. Bid Bond (EMD) Submission

Bid proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Earnest Money Deposit as indicated. Unconditional Bank Guarantee (counter-guaranteed by local banks in Ethiopia) Cash Payment Order (C.P.O.) The bid bond must be placed in a separate sealed envelope inside the bid proposal.

1. 1. Bid Submission Deadline

All bid documents must be submitted into the tender box on or before Tuesday September 2, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

Office equipment, painting and decoration will be opened Thursday September 18, 2025, at 9:30 A.M., in the presence of bidders or their representatives, and upgrading of the licensing system, Friday September 19, 2025, at 9:30 am.
