NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER RE-BID AB-36 2024/25

1. Awash Bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the items listed hereunder.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other relevant laws of the country and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the Procurement Division of Awash Bank located at Headquarter Building 12th floor upon producing a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred) by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500 at any Awash Bank Branch or through AWASH BIRR during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m-12:00p.m.: 1:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m.; and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) starting from April 29, 2025 upon presentation of a copy of a renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate for local bidders.

1. The bid bond must be submitted only in the form of an unconditional & irrevocable bank guarantee from other than the purchaser's bank or a Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O.) from any local bank.
