Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested Grade 6 B.C /or G.C and above for the Procurement of the Construction Work of Bole Warehouse Fence and Guard House.

Therefore,

1. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document: -

1. Renewed Trade License
2. TIN Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Tax clearance certificate
5. Registration Certificate from government body

2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from April 21, 2025 upon payment of non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) to Corporate Branch office Tower II, ground floor and collect the bid documents in soft copy from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor through your Email Address. The bidders shall inform the bank in person, if they could not receive the bid document through their mail address within one (01) day after purchased the bid document from the bank. Otherwise, the bank is not accountable.
3. Bidders must furnished bid security of birr 30,000.00 (Birr Thirty Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank. The bid security shall be valid for 120 days.
4. Bidders are advisable to visit the site where the construction work is carried out on May 06, 2025 during working Hours.
5. Bid Proposal shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose before /or on May 13, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia, Head Office, Addis Ababa, Tower III, 1st floor, Procurement Directorate.
6. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on May 13, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
7. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office, Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor, Tel. +25111524 4090, + Ext. 378 and/or 805.
8. Bidders should present their Original and Copy of Financial, Technical documents and Bid Bond separately in sealed envelope.
9. The language of the tender is English.
10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
