NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER AB-031/2024-25

1. 1. Awash Bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the different signage for office and cleaning services delivery as per listed here under.

0. 2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the directives of the bank and other relevant laws of the country and is open to all eligible bidders.
   3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the procurement division of Awash Bank located at the headquarters building on the left side of the 12th floor upon producing the receipt of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred) for each Lot by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500 through AWASH BIRR or at any Awash Bank Branch during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00 PM-4:30 PM; and Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) starting from March 18,2025, with the presentation of a copy of the renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate.
   4. The eligible bidders may submit their bids in the bidding document sent to them, in their own names only.
   5. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of:
1. For LOT 1, birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand)
2. For LOT 2, birr 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) In the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee from other banks or a cashier's payment order (C.P.O.) from Awash Bank.
   6. The bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before April 1,2025 at 10:00 AM. For Both Lots.

The technical bid opening shall be held at the office of the procurement and supplies management directorate, located at Awash Bank located at the HQ Building, left side, 12th floor, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend on April 1,2025 at 10:30 AM. For Lot-1 and at 10:45 AM. For Lot-2 respectively.

1. 7. Interested, eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Procurement Division through Tel. 0115-57-11-07/00-84.
   8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions from items 2 to 7 above shall entail automatic rejection.
   9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
