SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERY, IT EQUIPMENT AND SANITARY MATERIALS Ref. No: ECMA/2025/01

The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) is a regulatory body established under Proclamation No. 1248/2021 to oversee and develop capital markets in Ethiopia. ECMA invites eligible suppliers with renewed business licenses for the fiscal year 2017 E.C. (or equivalent) to participate in the tender for the supply of office stationery, IT equipment, and sanitary materials.

Key Requirements

1. Submission of Documents:

• Renewed business license
• VAT registration certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of registration on the EGP Active Vendor List

2. Bid Security:

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 50,000 in the form of a CPO.

3. Experience Criteria:
   • Evidence of completing at least two similar contracts in the last three years.
4. Bid Submission:

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with separately sealed envelopes for each lot.

• February 28, 2025, 3:00 P.M. (local time)

Bid Opening:

February 28, 2025, 3:30 P.M. (local time) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Partial Quotations: Allowed

• Sample Approval: Winning bidders must provide samples for approval before delivery.
• Costs: All transportation, loading, and unloading costs must be included.
• Payment: Made within 30 business days upon full delivery and acceptance of goods.

• Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria specified in the bidding document
