RENAISSANCE International School Share Company is a private firm based in Addis Ababa; Ethiopia mainly gives services in regular teaching-learning field.
Currently it seeks to appoint an Independent External Audit Service Firm for the coming three years, starting from 2017 E.C (2024/25) to 2019 E.C (2026/27). The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
- Eligible audit firms are invited to participate in the bid competition by submitting relevant documents that include the following: -
- The firm's profile
- Trade license (Renewed for the current year) TIN and VAT registration Certificate
- Certificate of Competence from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
- Evidence of previous experience in providing audit services.
- Separate technical and financial proposal that clearly indicates price with VAT
- Scope of the work
The detailed technical and other requirements are clearly stipulated in the TOR and potential bidders can collect the bid document from the address stated herein below starting from December 2, 2024 at 8:30 AM.
- Bid Submission and opening date & time: -
The deadline for bid proposal submission date and time is December 11, 2024 until 5:00 PM.
Bid proposal will be opened in the presence of interested bidders on December 10, 2024 at 5:30 PM
