1. The Somali regional state, Qabridahar college of teacher education, now invites scaled bid documents from eligible bidders from eligible bidders for supply of regular student meal for the academic year 2017 that is categorized into these four Iots:

LOT I- Dry food                                                          LOT III- Milk and Meat

LOT II- Vegetables                                                     LOT IV- Bread

2. A complete set bidding document for the provision of specific supply food items mentioned in the above lots detailed in the bidding documents can be purchased by legal and interested bidders that have a renewed trade license, vat registration evidence and supply list certificate from Somali regional state Qabridahar college of teacher education up on payment of non- refundable fee 500 (five hundred birr) finance and logistic support process department office within 10 (ten) working days of the first appearance of the announcement during the official working hours.

3. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the administration.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, cash or CPO and submitted before closing date.

5, Bid will be opened in the Qabridahar college of teacher education multipurpose hall on the presence of bidder or their representative on the 10th day of appearance of announcement shall be submitted and opened at 10:30pın local time.

6. The original and copy of the bid document shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidders. bidders should be submitted one original and copy of the bid document with separately sealed envelope.

7. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
