Invitation of Bid for Bridge Construction Supervision

The sidama Roads Authority allcated sufficient budet towars the cost of the construcation Supervision of the following river bridge projects:

Interested bidders shall submit the following evidenc;

1. Certificate of registration from Ministry of Urban Development and Construction, FDRE or Bureau of construction and Urban Development with category General consultant -3 and above/for construction supervision of abovementioned project whic is valid for current budget year and other appropriate documentary evidences that demonstrates the bidder's compliance, which shall include:
2. Business License Valid for this year 
3. Commercial Registration certificate 
4. Consultancy Competency Certificate trom the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction valid for this fiscal year 
5. VAT Registration certificate 
6. permission Certificate for bidding from legal authorities valid at least at the date of bid submission 
7. Evidence of /Being/ registered supplier under public procurement and property Aministration Agency (PPPAA) registration date should be at and before the date of bid proposal submisson date. 

1. Bidders shall submit Two enveloper, "Qualification information" (ine Original sealed sealed separately and each three copies sealed separately then finally sealed with one outer envelope), "Bid Security" and "Financial Bid together" (one Original sealed separately and each two copies sealed separately, then finally sealed with one outer envelope with Bid Security) and finally two envelopes should be sealed in one and outer envelope.
2. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qulification information first and Finanical Bids of qualified bidders at the second. 
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 to 12:30 a.m and 1:30 to 5:30 p.m from Mondays to Thursday and 8:30 to 11:30 a. m and 1:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m on Friday's  
4. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submissing on a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 600/ Six hundred birr for each during working hous of 21 successive calendar days starting from the first date of notification of this advertisement onf Ethiopian Herald the final submissin date and opening of proosal will be on the 22^nd date of this announcement on the Ethiopian herald at 2:00 PM & 2:30 PM respectively. if the 22^nd  date is not a working day it will be on the next working days at the same tin 
5. Bids mustbe delivered to the below address on or before 2:00p.m of the above said date. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000 (one hundred Thousand birr only) with a bid validity of 120 (ine hundred Twenty) days and late bids will be rejected.
6. Any consultant who has one or more consultancy serices within the Sidama N/R/S and hasn't accomplished more than or equal to 70% of the consultancy service and who has no recommendation letter from client until the closing date of this bid, will not participate in this bid.
7. An interested bidder can participate in projects listed here above but should aware that our Authority (sidama Roads Authority) awards only for single Bidder if the bidder's proposal is successful 
8. Sidama Roads Authority reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process
