1. The Benishagul Gumuz Regional Sata  Water Irrigation and energy Resource Development bureau invites Eligible bidderswith renewed licensefor 2015/2016 E.C registration card issued from the Ministry of Trade VAT registration certificate and Tax identification  number /TIN/

2.. The source of the Fund are form the UNICEF /Annual work plan/

3. The location of Spare part delivery point is Addis Ababa ware  house.

4. An intereseted bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documnt in Englisih from the day that the advertisement appears in The Ethiopia Herald newspapaer at Room no 04 Ministry of water Irrgation and Electroncity Addis Ababa during working hours upon payment of a nin returnable fee of Ethiopia Birr 200.00 /Two Hundered irr only the method of payment will be in cash.

5. Thre elgible bidders are expected to go through the bidding document and submit orginal and copies of their technical and finacial proposals as well as bid securty in separate wax sealed envelop addressed to Benshangul Gumuz Region Water Irrigation and Energy Resources Develpment Bureau teh plce of opening bid is at Minstry of  water Irrigation and Electricity  Addis Ababa Room No B-04 on or before 3:15 PM on or befor 21st caleneder days from te last Minstry of wather Irrgation aand elctroncity the presence of the bidders who wish to attend  Electroncs bidding will not be permitted Late bids will be rejected If the 21th calander Day is holyday it will be on the next working day.

6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with teh opening tender procedures contained in the public Procement proclamation of the Goverment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.

7. Bids shall be valide for a period of 60 days and BId Securty shall be Valid for 90Day afeter Bid opening All bids must be accompanied by a bid securty in an acceptable /CPO or bank gurantee/ form amounting to 60,000.00 Birr/sixty thousend birr/

8.. Bidders should provide qualification requirements which include:/i/ The Bidders shall furnsih extenally audited  financial statement of the firm for the lasthree years to Conform of Financial Externally audited firnancial statement of the firm ofor the lastthtre years to conform of finacial tuenover of at least equal to the bid pric if it is experienced firm/ii/ Necessarily supplying goods not limited to experienced firmms also we will consider the beginners.

9.The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State water Irrgation and Energy Resources Deveopment Bureau reserve the right to reject all or part of the bid
