4.. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of their clear copies of renewed business license TIN Certificate and VAT registration Certificat of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00  The payment shall be effected at the Bank's Dollo Bidena beranch which is located at the bank's Head Office Bulding.

5.. Bids must be delivered to the above office on October 30,2023 befor 2:00 p.m local time and must be accompanied by a bid securty amount indicated in the bidding document.

6.. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders'representatives who choose to attend on the day indicated above and at 2:30p.m
