1. Gida Ayana Woreda Adminstration Office had seqcured a budget for the procurement of works for Gida Ayana woreda Multi Sectorial Service office Building at Ayana Town.

2.  Gida Ayana Woreda Adminstration Office now invites a bid from eligible bidders who are intersted and capable to allocate sufficient resourec for Multi Sectorial Service Offiec Building and who have renwed their licens for the year 2015 Ethiopan calendar and who have VAT & TIN registration certificate.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the national Regional State of Oromia and is open to all eligible bidders.

4.Intersted eligible bidders may obtain further information from Gida Ayana Woreda Administration Office and inspect the bidding document at the address give below at 8/a/ during office hours.

5. Acomplete set of bidding document in English may be purchasd by interested bidders at indicated below at 8 /a/ and upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian birr 1,500 /One thousand five hundred birr only/ and valid for 21 working days starting from a day when this invetion notice first appeared in the news paper at the addresses on 8/a/ from East wollegga Zone Administration office 2nd floor room number6 /six/

6.Bid must be delivered to Gida Ayana Woreda Administration office on 21-9-2015 days [on 22nd working day starting from the 1st working day bid announcement on the newspaper] at 4:00 local time All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 200,000.00 /two hundred thoused ETB/in from of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee establised through authorized Bank in Ethiopia Late bids shall be rejected.

7a/ Opening of bids will in Gida Ayana Woreda Administration office on 20-10-15 /on the 22 nd working day starting from the 1st working day bid announcement on the newspaper/ of this bid at 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who wish to atted /announce on local paper/

 b/ Bidders required to submit bid document in two envelopes containing the techinical and financial proposals separately.

• Technical proposal shall beconsisted of mandatory documentry evidence listed in the ITBClause 23.2 /a/to /e/
• THE BID SECURITY SHALL BE PLACED IN THE ORGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT.
• Financial propsal shall be consisted of Price Schedule fpr the work offered as stated in the ITB Clause 23.2 /f/

c/ In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.

d/ Any attempt of submission forged /false/ document and /or indiction of finacial offer on the qulification document shall result in rejection of the bid
