Water Aid is an international Non Govenmental Organization established in 1981 Its vision is a world where everyone everywhere has access to safe water sanitation and hygirne and its mission is to transform lives by providing safe water sanitation and hygiene /W aSH/ Water Aid work in partnersip wiith communites local goverment of its missin and vision So far it has reached ,millions with safe water sanitation and hygiene .

1. A coplete set of bid document can be obtained from WAE"s office May 25,2023 to Jun 06,2023  during working hours 8;30 AM -10:30 PM and 01:30 PM - 05:00PM.

2. Bid must be accompanied with renwed bussiness licence and registration VAT TIN Registration Certifcate and these must be submitted together with the technical procposal

3. Bidders should submit their offers in sealed envelop to WAE"s office on or befor Tuseday 06 June 2013 until 01:00 PM.

4 Offer must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two /2%/ of the offer in the form of bank gurantee bid opening The CPO must be attached in the original financial document.

5.Bid must be oresented in envelopes clearly identified by bidder's name address legal stamp and reference number, Ref: WAE/HDPE/B erbere/OB/2023/Ep0001.

6. Bidders must submit the technical and financal proposal document separately The technical and financial proposal should have one  original and copy on the cover Each envelop shall be stamped and sealed in the event of any discrpancy between them the original will prevail.
