The Empower Persons with Disabilities Ethiopia Association (EPDEA) invites Audit firms for auditing the financial documents of the association for three fiscal years beginning from 2022 up to 2024

INVITATION TO BID FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT

The Empower Persons with Disabilities Ethiopia Association (EPDEA) was registered as an Ethiopian Residents Civil Societies Organization on 11th February 2020 by the CSO Authority, Registration No. 4762, under Proclamation No. 1113/2019. EPDEA intends to work for persons with disabilities empowerment through building their economy, educational and vocational skills advancement along with promoting disability-inclusive innovations to ease their business and promoting a conducive working environment for persons with disabilities for a better life quality.

EPDEA is pleased to invite qualified & registered Audit firms licensed by the office of the Federal Auditor General to submit their technical & financial proposal for auditing the financial documents of the association for three fiscal years beginning from 2022 up to 2024.

Requirements:

1. The Audit firm should be registered with the office of the Federal Auditor General
2. Must have NGO experience.
3. Bidders are required to submit a VAT registration certificate and renewed business license.
4. The Audit firm should provide a complete company profile.
5. The bidders are required to submit the completion time of the Audit works.

Application Procedure:

• Interested Audit Firms that fulfill the above criteria can visit the EPDEA office during working hours (8:00 am-5:00 pm) from Monday-Friday to assess the volume of work.
• Bidders can submit their sealed bids to the EPDEA office, within 7 working days from the publication date onward.
• The Empower Persons with Disabilities Ethiopian Association reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
