Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa Hotel and Marcus Addis Restaurant & Sky Bar

ASB Hotel Properties PLC, parent company of Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa Hotel and Marcus Addis Restaurant & Sky Bar, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following goods and services under a Two-year credit contract agreement. Specifications are detailed in the bid document. Bid prices shall remain valid for a fixed period agreed by both parties.

PART A: SUPPLY OF GOODS

• Lot 1: Fresh and processed meat products
• Lot 2: Fresh and processed poultry products
• Lot 3: Dairy products
• Lot 4: Local fish and seafood
• Lot 5: fruits and Vegetables
• Lot 6: Stationery, toner and cartridges
• Lot 7: Grocery Items
• Lot 8: Local baltina (spices) and spiced butter
• Lot 9: Food-grade packaging materials
• Lot 10: Liquor and beverages
• Lot 11: Laundry and room-cleaning chemicals
• Lot 12: Toilet paper, plain table napkins and kitchen towels
• Lot 13: Surgical gloves and First aid items
• Lot 14: Water truck supply
• Lot 15: Building, sanitary and electrical materials
• Lot 16: LPG (bulk) and 12 kg cylinder refill
• Lot 17: Guest supplies and spa items
• Lot 18: Charcoal and fire lighters
• Lot 19: Cleaning materials

PART B: SUPPLY OF SERVICES

• Lot 1: Printing service
• Lot 2: Electrical and mechanical workshop
• Lot 3: Fire extinguisher annual refill
• Lot 4: Food testing laboratory service
• Lot 5: Customs clearance service
• Lot 6: Pest control (Hyatt and Marcus)
• Lot 7: Audiovisual production
• Lot 8: Vacuum cleaner maintenance
• Lot 9: Staff uniforms, service team shoes and safety shoes
• Lot 10: Air ticketing and visa application
• Lot 11: Night-shift staff transport
• Lot 12: Cleaning and stewarding service for Marcus Addis
• Lot 13: Meter taxi service
• Lot 14: Shuttle car rental (electric vehicles, 12-seater van and others)
• Lot 15: Vehicle maintenance/garage service
• Lot 16: Fuel truck rental
• Lot 17: Printer maintenance

ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Bidders may bid for one or more lots of their choice and must submit:

1. Valid company registration documents
2. Valid business license, hygiene certificate, EFDA Certificate of Competence (CoC), VAT registration and commercial registration certificates
3. A duly signed bid form in the format attached to the bid document

SUBMISSION

• Technical and financial offers must be enclosed together in one sealed envelope.
• Deadline: November 10/2026 at 4:30 PM (10:30 Ethiopian local time).
• Late bids will be automatically disqualified and will not be accepted.
• The Hotel reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in full or in part.
