HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Organization in Ethiopia (re-registered with Certificate No. 0040) with Agency for Civil Organizations, operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development & Employment, and Emergency Responses working areas. Geographically we work in Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, Sidama, Somali, Central Ethiopia, South Ethiopia, Gambella, Afar, Harara, and Dire Dawa regional states. HELVETAS is looking for a registered Audit Company to conduct the annual audit the books and accounts for its projects and programmes for the calendar year 2026.

Eligibility: Audit companies which fulfil the following requirements are eligible to bid: Professional competence assurance certificates; registration certificate from AABE; renewed trade license; document evidencing settlement of government taxes; VAT and TIN certificates; and renewed auditor general license for the current fiscal year.

How to apply: Interested & qualified applicants fulfilling the above requirements can collect a "Terms of Reference for Audit of 2026 Accounts" in person who shall come along with an official letter requesting for TOR with a scan of a renewed trade license by paying non-returnable Birr 1,000.

Submission of Technical and Financial proposal in separate envelops with relevant non-returnable documents to HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, in a wax-sealed envelope before 11:30 AM on 9th of November 2026 addressed to
