INVITATION OF PUBLIC AUDITORS FOR BID FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE

Yemisrach Micro Finance S.C. (YMFSC) is a microfinance institution established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 and licensed by the NBE in July 2018. Currently, it has eight branches located in four regions, such as Addis Ababa, Oromia, Sidama, and Central Ethiopia.

Yemisrach would like to invite eligible, competent public auditors those get the new license from AABE to undertake the financial audit of the head office & Branches for the next three years, from the fiscal year 2026/27 to 2028/29. The Audit firm should have a valid license and relevant experience in financial sector audit service and, particularly in the microfinance industry.

Therefore

1. Interested applicants shall obtain the Terms of Reference (TOR) from Yemisrach Microfinance S.C. Head Office: located at Nifas Silk Lafto sub-city, Mekanisa MY PIIC Building 3rd Floor House No 233 in-front of Amigo café during office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00Am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:00pm/Saturday: 8:00am-12:30pm) starting from the date of advertising.
2. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposals. The technical proposal envelope should include a trade license, tax registration certificates, renewed tax clearance certificate, Professional License from the concerned office, testimonies of past experience, work plan and methodology, and other related documents. The bidders should submit both financial and technical bid proposals sealed and submit from the date of advertisement October 25,2026 up to seven working days; that is, the deadline is November 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the latest.

Yemisrach Microfinance S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
