- Fetno Derash Microfinance Institution S.C. invites all interested, eligible and professionally qualified audit firms to provide external audit services for three consecutive fiscal years as per the following details.

- Bid document shall be obtained from the Head Office located at Kolfe Keranio Sub-City, Woreda 9, Mobil (3 kutr mazoriya), Bekele Eshete Building, 4th Floor, Office No. 404, Addis Ababa, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr Only).
- The bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO/bank guarantee valid for 90 days in favor of Fetno Derash Microfinance Institution S.C.
- Bidders shall hold a valid AABE audit license, satisfy NBE Directive No. MFI/37/2024, and show at least 3 years' audit experience in banks, insurance companies or microfinance institutions, with the CVs of the audit team.
- Must hold renewed business license, a business registration certificate, a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate and VAT registration.
- Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately, as marked original and copy in sealed envelopes. Prices shall be in Ethiopian Birr, VAT inclusive.
- Bids received after the closing time, or altered or incomplete, will be rejected. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives, and will proceed even if they are absent.
