Invitation for bid for the Procurement of Audit Services

Vision Community Holistic Service Association (VCHSA), established on Meskerem 28, 2018 EC, is a licensed non-profit organization registered by Ethiopian Council of Gospel Believers Churches (ECGBC) with registration number 05711 in accordance with the power vested into the council per the proclamation number 1208/2012.

Since its establishment a year ago, VCHSA has been operational within Addis Ababa City Administration though it has the goal of reaching all parts of the country over time. Within the fiscal year 2018, it has undertaken humanitarian food support for needy households in the form of "Maid Magarat" in Yeka, Kirkos and Kality Akaki sub-cities of Addis Ababa City Administration.

Hence, the Association invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to quote their best offer for the provision of the services within a delivery time indicated in the bid document.

Bidders should strictly follow the following instructions:-

1. Trade license (Renewed for the current year) TIN and VAT registration certificate
2. The Firm's Profile
3. Certificate of Competence from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
4. Evidence of previous experience in providing audit services in similar organizations.
5. Separate technical and financial proposal that clearly indicates price with VAT
6. The audit task involves reviewing income and expenses of the association, proper financial management and documentations and following standard procedures in overall financial management principles.
7. The bid document shall be collected from Vision Community Holistic Services Association starting from October 13,2026 and closed on October 20.2026 at 4:30PM-afternoon.
8. All suppliers should adhere to the rules and regulations stated in the bid documents, otherwise would not be considered for evaluation.
9. The Winner Service provider shall present a 10% performance bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from nationally recognized Bank in ETB.
10. The winner shall complete the work within one month from the inception of the work.
11. Vision Community Holistic Services Association reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
