One  Acre  Fund is a registered Foreign Charity organization in accordance with the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No. 1113/2019. One Acre Fund works with the Government of Ethiopia and  partners  to  improve  the  productivity  and  prosperity  of  smallholder  farm  families  while protecting the environment.

One Acre Fund Ethiopia is inviting proposals from professional qualified audit firms for auditing services  for  our  2026  financial  statements.  The  Auditor  is  responsible  for  auditing  the  annual financial statements of the organization, including its accounts, in accordance with the International Public  Sector  Accounting  Standards  (IPSAS) and in compliance with the local Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) directives.

• Activity Type: Audit of Charity financial statements for One Acre Fund – Ethiopia.
• Audit Period: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
• Financial Details: The organizational spend in 2025 was approximately ETB 253million, with roughly 4360 double-sided transactions.
• Required Deliverables: An audit report issued to ACSO (Authority for Civil Society

Organizations), and a management report issued to the Ethiopia Country Director.
