2-የፕሮፈርማው አሸናፊ ለሚወዳደሩበት የጥገና የአገልግሎት ግዢ በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
3--ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
2-የፕሮፈርማው አሸናፊ ለሚወዳደሩበት የጥገና የአገልግሎት ግዢ በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
3--ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
