BID ANNOUNCEMENT FORINVESTIGATIVE AUDITSERVICES

I. Background

Hope Enterprise is a non-profit Civil Society Organization in Ethiopia, founded in 1971. The organization has been serving marginalized communities to alleviate poverty through multi- sector development. Hope Enterprises operates in different regions and Addis Ababa and also manages its Income Generating Activities wings, including Hope Enterprises University Collage.

We are looking for qualified, independent public accounting firms to audit our financial statements of project for the fiscal year of 2024 & 2025G.C

II Scope of Work

FY(2024 January 1-December 31,2024) &
FY(2025 January 1- December31,2025).

III. Eligibility & Technical Requirement

Interested firms must submit the following documents alongside their technical proposal

• Renewed Business License and valid Registration Certificate from the National Accounting Board.
• Valid TIN and VAT Registration Certificates.
• Profile of the firm showing at least five (5) years of active experience auditing National or International NGOs.
• CVs of assigned audit experts showing relevant professional certifications (CPA/ACCA) & Minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
• Letters of recent recommendation from NGO will be preferable
• Submit one (1) Original and one (1) Copy of both the Technical and Financial proposals.
• The Technical and Financial proposals must be enclosed in separate, sealed envelopes. These two envelopes must then be placed inside one large sealed envelope.
• Bid Security of 2% CPO in the name of Hope Enterprises should be enclosed and submitted with the technical proposal.

IV Deadline and Opening Venue:-

The deadline is on Oct. 22/2026 at 11:30am and it will be opened in the same date on October 22, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the presence of bidders or representatives, at Hope Enterprises Addis Ababa Branch Ayer Tena Jima Road. Hope Enterprises reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
