INVITATION FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES
Meffihe Microfinance Institution S.C. is seeking to appoint an external audit firm to undertake the audit of its accounts for three consecutive fiscal years, ending on June 2027, June 2028 and June 2029 G.C
- Therefore, all audit firms who have a competency certificate from the office of the federal Audit General / Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) are invited to submit their quotation for consideration.
Each bidder is therefore obliged to fulfill the following requirements.
- Renewed license from AABE
- Fulfill the NBE Directive No MFI/037/2024
- VAT registration certificate
- The firm's profile
- Renewed business license
- Tax payer Identification Number (TIN) certificate
- List and profile of the staff
- List the profile of the staff to be assigned to perform the audit.
- Delivery time to accomplish the audit
- Audit fee to be charged including VAT
- Bidders can assess the size of the audit work in person or by calling our office at 0925-395750, 0946-022220, 0928-670705 or 0949- 077777
- Bidders should submit their technical and financial bid documents in two separate sealed envelopes to the share company's head office, physically within five working days from this announcement.
The tender will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
