External Audit Service Announcement
US Exchange Alumni of Ethiopia is a legally registered civil society organization under the Addis Ababa Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in accordance with Proclamation No. 1113/2019. In line with the legal requirement for annual audits, our organization hereby invites qualified external auditors to submit their proposals to audit our accounts for the fiscal year ending July 2025
Scope of the Work:
- Audit of financial statements, ledgers, income and expenditure accounts, assets, and liabilities.
- Assessment of internal control and financial management practices.
- Prepare an audit report and a management letter in line with the IFRS or International Standards on Auditing (ISA), which can be submitted to ACSO.
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested audit firms are required to submit:
- A renewed professional license.
- Registration certificate from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
- Valid VAT registration and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
- Evidence of prior experience in auditing CSOs/NGOs.
- A financial offer with a timeline
Submission Deadline:
Proposals must be stamped, signed, and submitted to our email address no later than መስከረም 26, 2019 (6th October 2026).
