3. Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders shall submit the following documents:
- Valid Business License relevant to vehicle supply.
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
- Trade Registration Certificate.
- Proforma Invoice or Detailed Financial Offer.
- Technical Specification Sheet of the offered vehicle.
- Warranty commitment from the supplier.
4. Bid Submission Requirements
A. Technical Proposal
The Technical Proposal shall include:
- Detailed technical specifications of the offered vehicle.
- Vehicle brochure and catalogue.
- Year of manufacture.
- Country of origin.
- Delivery schedule.
- Warranty details.
- Availability of after-sales service and spare parts in Ethiopia.
B. Financial Proposal
The Financial Proposal shall include:
- Total quoted price in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
- Applicable taxes and duties.
- Delivery timeline.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Compliance with the required technical specifications.
- Vehicle quality and suitability for the intended purpose.
- Availability of local after-sales service and spare parts.
- Warranty coverage.
