Invitation to Bid

For the supply of School Teaching Aid Materials, Food Items and Other Supplies.

The Tesfa Foundation legally registered as a Foreign Charity. Engaged in Kindergarten development projects and early-grades services for children and enable them to qualify and prepare for the next level through providing the necessary educational inputs.

The organization invites interested and eligible suppliers for

• Stationery Materials
• Janitorial Materials
• Uniforms and School Bags
• Other School Supplies

The organization invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit their offer; by using the Organization Price Quotation Form along with a Renewed Business License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate in a sealed envelope From Monday September 28, 2026 9:30AM up to Friday October 2, 2026 5:00PM from the date of this announcement to the under listed address.

NB. Please be informed that offers after the dead line is not acceptable.

Instructions:

1. Interested and eligible participants may collect the Price Quotation Form and obtain more information from the organization located at Hayahulet, Tsega Business Center, 8th Floor, Office # 114, Next to Awraris Hotel or through telephone +251 91 123 8003 during normal working hours between 9:30 A.M. and 5.00 P.M
2. If it is needed the bidders may requested to submit performance bond 10% of the total winning amount under the name THE TESFA FOUNDATION.
3. Evaluation criteria would consider but not limited to clear specification or samples of the items, fair current market price, delivery timeline and quality.
4. Only shortlisted eligible will be notified within 5 days after the deadline on organization's notice board, by phone or will be communicated through their address.
5. The supplier shall have a reliable stock and deliver immediately up on requested of the required materials/items as per their specification.
6. Failure to comply any of the conditions mentioned above shall result in automatic rejection of the purchasing process.
7. Bid will be open in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend on (Monday October 5, 2026) at 10:30 AM in the morning at Tesfa office.
8. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the offer as a whole or part of it at its own desecration without giving any reason.
