Subject: Call for External Audit Services
Wendem Kalid Megbare Senay Foundation, a legally registered non-profit humanitarian organization operating in Ethiopia, is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced External Auditor to conduct an independent audit of its financial statements for the fiscal year 2025/26.

We hereby invite eligible and certified audit firms to submit their proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this bid.

Minimum Requirements
Interested audit firms must meet the following criteria:

• Renewed Trade License for the current fiscal year
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Updated Commercial and Trade Registration Certificate
• Demonstrated experience in conducting external audits for local non-profit and civil society organizations
• A proven track record of professionalism, reliability, and quality auditing services
• Familiarity with IPSAS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Ability to finalize the audit work and provide a final report within one week from receiving all required documents.

Documents to be submitted

• Company profile and background
• Copies of valid licenses and registration certificates
• Evidence of experience (list of past audited NGOs, references, etc.)
• Technical and financial proposal
• Names and qualifications of key personnel assigned to the audit
• Timeline for completing the audit
• Tax clearance certificate (if applicable)

Scope of Work
The selected auditor will be responsible for:

• Conducting an audit of financial statements for the specified period
• Reviewing internal controls and financial management systems
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and donor requirements
• Finalizing all audit fieldwork and reporting within one week of receiving the necessary documents.
• Submitting a comprehensive audit report including findings, recommendations, and a management letter.
