- አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት የተበላሹ ማሽኖችን ከዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ ተረክቦ በራሱ ወጪ ጠግኖ የመመለስ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
- የተረከበውን የማሽን ደህንነት ጠብቆ የማስረከብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
- አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት የተበላሹ ማሽኖችን ከዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ ተረክቦ በራሱ ወጪ ጠግኖ የመመለስ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
- የተረከበውን የማሽን ደህንነት ጠብቆ የማስረከብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
