NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

1. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Open tender for the rental vehicles for CNR (Debre Berhan) and its working boundaries with RFQ No. 4287190 to sign a Master Frame Agreement for one year with possible extension up to three years with the finally awarded bidder(s). The Tender remains floating from September 17, 2026 to September 28, 2026 Until 5:00 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom Central North Region Main Office Debre Birhan, St. Selassie building Room No. 307 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr two hundred only) or you can also find bid documents from web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com and www.2merkato.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr two hundred only) by using tele birr payment platform. 2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ethio’s website (i.e. https://www.ethiotelecom.et/tender/).

Sealed bids marked as: “Open tender for the procurement of rental vehicles for CNR (Debre Berhan) and its working boundaries” with RFQ No. 4287190 respectively and be addressed to: Ethio telecom, Central North Region / Debre Brihan Sourcing & Supply Section St. Selassie building 3th Floor, Room No.307, P.O. Box 471 Debre Berhan, Ethiopia
   2. Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom Central North Region, Debre Berhan St. Selassie building which is near to the church, 3rd floor room No. 307, Before or on September 28, 2026 until 5:00 PM. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.
3. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on September 29, 2026 at 10:00 A.M, at St. Selassie building 3rd Floor, Room No 307.
4. Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
