ቅ/ጽ ቤቱ የፕሮፎርማ ሂደቱን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ደረሰኝ ከመቁረጡና ዕቃዉን ገቢ ከማድረጉ በፊት ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ሳምፕፕሉን በማምጣት ማሳየት የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ቀሪዎቹ ዕቃዎችም በሳምፕሉ መሰረት ገቢ የሚደረጉ ይሆናል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ፡- በቸልተኝነት የተሞላ ዋጋ በስህተት ነዉ ብሎ ማስተባበል ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
