Selam Children’s Village (SCV) invites eligible and qualified external audit firms to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for audit services.
Instructions to Bidders
- Bidders must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Terms of Reference/BID-Document/ including, Professional license from AABE, Practicing Certificates, and valid business license for the current year, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration certificate.
- Bid documents may be obtained from SCV’s Finance and Facility Department, starting from the date of first publication of this notice in The Reporter newspaper
- Proposals shall be submitted in:
- One original
- Two copies
- Separate sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial)
- Documents Shall be submitted in person at Selam Children Village-Head quarter which is located in Yeka Subcity, Woreda 11, Kotebe Hanamariam
- Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened
- Bid opening shall take place 10 days after advertisement, in the presence of bidders or their representatives in 8:30 (local time) in the afternoon
- All documents must be submitted in English
- Submission deadline: 10 days from the date of publication of this notice, no later than 8:00 (local time) in the afternoon.
- SCV reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without obligation to provide reasons
