Procurement Method: Consultancy Services - Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) - Technical 80% / Financial 20%
Scope: Statutory audit, compliance review, IPSAS report, management letter, project-level audit extracts, and group auditor questionnaire (UK).
Required documents: Renewed license, TIN, VAT certificate, and evidence of relevant NGO audit experience.
