Organizational Profile

Team & Team International is a development organization and an international relief registered as an INGO in Ethiopia under the Authority for Civil Society Organization certificate no 5602 as per article 57(1) of Civil Society Organization Proclamation No.1113/2019. Our main goal is to provide drinking water to the people who are suffering from water shortage and waterborne disease in the most isolated areas of the world.

Team and Team International would like to invite Eligible and Certified Accounting and audit firms registered under AABE and who meet the criteria indicated below, to undertake the statutory audit of its books of accounts for the year ended January 1st, 2025, to December 31st, 2025. The report and audit financial statement must: be prepared in accordance with accounting standards and will be used with Accounting Software. The financial report should be submitted to revenue authority and audited financial report should be submitted and presented to the respective bodies.

All audit and accounting proposals must include:

•         Renewed Trade license of the current year Chartered Certified Accountants Certificate of Compliance from the office of the Federal Audit General.

•         Certificate of registration from Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).

•         Staff composition and firm profile, including principal partner.

•         Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate.

•         Copy of Tax clearance.

•         Time to complete the audit report. And Accounting Report

•         Have at least three (3) years of experience auditing international NGOS/CSOs projects.

Bidder Instructions

Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals together with relevant legal documents in person to the Team & Team International Office within seven (7) consecutive working days from the date of publication of this announcement.

1.       The offer must be submitted: till April 14th,2026 at 4:00 PM (EAT) at Team and Team International office in a vicinity of Alembank Anfo area near Anfo bridge for directions (please call 0927898753/0913743863).

2.       Tender opening session will take place on April 15th, 2026, at 10:30 AM in the Team and Team International office in Addis Ababa. The presence of bidders' representative is allowed with prior request of participation.

3.       Late BIDs, Incomplete document and without sign/stamp will not be considered and automatically rejected.

4.       Team and Team International reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
