Global Black Centre (GBC) is an international civil society organization legally registered and licensed by the Authority of Civil Society Organizations and operating in Ethiopia. In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and donor requirements, GBC hereby invites eligible and qualified audit firms to submit bids for the provision of external audit services.
The audit service contract shall be awarded for a period of three (3) years, subject to satisfactory performance, continued eligibility, and compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract.
Interested and qualified audit firms that meet the requirements of the Authority of Civil Society Organizations and relevant government regulations may obtain the Terms of Reference (TOR) by submitting a formal request via email. Bidders are required to submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals, clearly marked, to the GBC office located at ADWA Museum, Piazza, within five (5) calendar days from the date of this announcement.
Late submissions shall not be accepted.

GBC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to annul the bidding process at any time before contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
