3.        Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Biding [insert name of procurement method to be applied]and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

4.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Office of Finance, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below [state address at end of this ITB] from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 P.M and from 1:30 P.M to 5:30 P.M[insert office hours - for example, 09.00AM to 5.00 PM].

5.       Qualification requirements include: Legal, Professional, Technical and Financial admissibility of the bids, as detailed in the Bidding Documents. In addition a bidder shall submit a renewed certificate of competence showing that it is a contractor of Grade-7 GC/BC and above Contractor. This is to be verified when necessary.
