1.       The Somali Regional State Housing Development and Administration Agency, invited bid documents from eligible bidders for Construction Maintenance/ Rehabilitation of G+1 Ayerhal Village in Jigjiga Town.

2.       The Somali Regional State Housing Development and Administration Agency invites all interesting eligible bidders (BC/GC grade 5 & above) by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Construction Maintenance/ Rehabilitation of G+1 Ayerhal Village in Jigjiga Town.

3.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain the complete document up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 (Birr One Thousand only) in per bidders from the Agency Bureau located in the Ground floor at finance and procurement Room, the situated Housing Development and Administration Agency in Jigjiga within 7 (seven) working days, since the first appearance of this announcement during the official working hours.

4.       Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with in the instruction given documents.

5.       A complete set of bidding documents for Construction Maintenance/ Rehabilitation of G+1 Ayerhal Village in Jigjiga Town by legal and interested bidders that have the following requirements: renewed trade license, Vat Registration certificate, Supply list certificate from the Somali Regional State, Finance and Economic Development Bureau and Tax clearance certificate.

6.       Interested and eligible bidders may get further information from Agency Bureau

7.       All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the bid amount in the form of Bank guarantee, cash or CPO and submitted before closing date.

8.       Bid will be opened in the Housing Development and Administration Agency, Logistic and Finance.

9.       The original and copy of the Bid document shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidders.

10.   The Somali Regional State Housing Development and Administration Agency have the right to rejected all parts of this bidders.
