New Bid Opening Date: March 23, 2026 at 8:30 local time.
All other terms and conditions of the bid remain unchanged without buying the bid document up to the new bid deadline. Interested bidders are advised to submit their bids before and at the new deadline. The bid opening will be conducted at the same place on the new date.
