EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE

ZEMA center for community wellbeing is a local not-for-profit organization dedicated to ensure the lived realities of women and girls who have experienced GBV /mental health related problems that led to divorce, economical instability and other health issues. ZCCW is duly registered under License Number 6123 with the Ethiopian Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Authority for Civil Society ORGANIZATIONS.

As per the standing guidelines and requirements of the Authority for Civil Society Organizations, Zema center for community well being, hereby invites interested and qualified Audit Firms to submit sealed tenders for conducting the annual audit of its books of account for the fiscal year July 2025 - December 2025.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Interested audit firms must provide evidence of compliance with the following:

Renewed Professional License.

Registration with the Accounting & Auditing Board of Ethiopia.

Valid Tax Identification Number and Value-Added Tax (VAT) certificate.

Evidence of settlement of all taxes for the fiscal year 2017 EC.

Firm's profile, full address, and relevant experience in auditing local NGO accounts.

Proposed schedule for completion of the audit work and submission of the final audited report.

Minimum of five (5) years' experience with local NGOs, supported by evidence of similar assignments performed.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualified audit firms are requested to submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals that include:

•         Professional staffing.

•         Evidence of prior work with Local NGOs.

•         Detailed financial proposal inclusive of applicable government taxes, specifying mode of payment.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

All proposals must be submitted within Five (5) working days from the date of this advertisement.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Only short-listed firms will be contacted for further discussion and negotiation.

Both the Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and delivered by hand to the ZEMA Office, located at Joburg Building, 4th floor 405/B, Around cazanchis total.
