The Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise invites companies to purchase EV Chargers through open tender. Therefore, any supplier company engaged in the sector and interested in participating in the tender can obtain the detailed tender document at Meskel Square. from the Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise located

1.       Bidders are required to submit a current and renewed business license, business registration certificate, value added tax and TIN certificate, and supporting documents.

2.       The bid will remain open for 15 consecutive days from the date of publication of this bid notice, i.e., March 11, 2026 to march 25, 2026, and will close on the 16th, march 26, 2026 afternoon at 2:30 PM and will be opened on the same day at 2:35 PM time at the Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise staff meeting hall the presence of bidders and their legal representatives.

3.       Bidders may purchase the bid document from the Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise by paying Birr 500/Five Hundred/.

4.       Bidders must furnish a bid security in the form of a certified bank order (CPO) in the amount of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Thousand Hundred Birr) in favor of the Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise.

5.       Bidders should submit their bids and bid security in separate envelopes.

6.       This bid shall be executed in accordance with the procurement guidelines of the organization.

7.       The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a 10% unconditional bank guarantee of the total price within 10 days from the date of notification of the winning bid.

8.       If the organization finds a better alternative, it shall not be bound by this bid or shall have the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part.
