The Organization for Sustainable Development (OSD), a local NGO registered on 23 June 2011 by the Agency for Civil Society Organizations (Registration No. 2319), invites eligible and qualified national suppliers to submit sealed bids for the procurement of food items under its project agreement with Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe.

Note:
• Clearly indicate whether prices are VAT inclusive.
• Submission of product samples is mandatory.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders may obtain bid documents from the OSD Head Office: Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 05, House No. 538, Kera (in front of Eat Fruit), Kidane Mihretu Building, 5th Floor, Addis Ababa.
Bidders must submit valid and renewed copies of:
• Trade License
• VAT Registration Certificate
• TIN Certificate
• Quality Assurance Certificates (if applicable)
• Other relevant supporting documents
3. Bid Submission
• Submit completed bids in a sealed envelope within 10 days from the date of announcement.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
• A bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a valid Bank Guarantee (CPO) from a recognized bank is required.
• Bid security must be submitted before 5:00 PM on the 10th day from announcement date.
4. Bid Opening
• Bids will be opened on the 11th day after announcement at 10:30 AM at the OSD Head Office.
• Bidders or their authorized representatives are encouraged to attend.
5. Rights of OSD
OSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning reasons.
