▪ The supplier shall deliver the materials to Bahir Dar City and Addis Ababa City Administration.
▪ Suppliers must be duly registered and licensed under the laws of Ethiopia and possess a valid VAT Registration Certificate.
▪ The supplier's receipt must include a barcode. The barcode serves as the digital identification of the transaction, enabling the system to recognize the specific purchase.
Interested suppliers are required to submit a proforma invoice within ten (10) consecutive days from the date of this announcement.
