Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics would like to Invite Interested and Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of LNG Powered Heavy Duty Truck Tractor 6x4 with 3 Axle Cargo Semi-Trailer (Bid Reference No ESLSE/ COR/NEG/PRF/2025/02371) upon fulfilling of the following Terms and Conditions.

1.       Bidders shall provide relevant renewed trade licenses, trade registration certificates, VAT registration certificates, current tax clearance certificates, TIN certificates, supplier list registration certificates.

2.       Foreign bidders shall submit a business organization registration certification or trade licenses issued by the country of establishment.

3.       Bidder shall provide manufacturer Authorization letter from the manufacturer of goods.

4.       To access the tender document bidders shall register on our enterprise supplier list by using the link: https://ehog.faem2oraclecloud.com/fscmUl/faces/PrcPosRegisterSuplier?prcBuld=300000003585149   or register in person at ESL Head Office 10th floor procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Tax Identification Number) If bidders are foreigners, shall present business registration certification or trade licenses from the country of establishment starting from the date of this announcement.

5.       The bid shall be valid for 60 days after the system bid closing date.

6.       Bidder shall submit bid security in person at the Head Office of the enterprise 10th floor procurement department and the amount of the bid security is 500,000.00 Birr or equivalent of USD or EURO. The type of acceptable bid security is: - unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO). The Bid Securities issued by foreign banks or financial institutions shall be counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopian commercial banks. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid Proposal, which shall remain valid for a period of 60 days + 23 days =88 days.

7.       Bidder shall give their price at line level in the system.

8.       The deadline for bid submission is the date and time of the ERP System.

9.       Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
