EMWACDC, a legally registered national non-governmental organization, established in 1995, and has over 160 projects in all regions of the country. We would like to invite qualified and registered audit firms to submit their technical and financial offers to audit our accounts for the budget year July 08, 2025, to July 07, 2026

REQUIREMENTS:

▪  The audit firm should be registered with the Accounting and Audit board of Ethiopia (ABBE).

▪  The audit firm should submit a completed company profile, finance and technical proposal

▪  It should also have business and professional license renewed for the current year.

▪  It should also have a certificate of competence from the Federal Auditors office.

▪  Audit fees are expected to clearly indicate the proposal before VAT and after VAT.

▪  The bidders are required to submit a tentative starting date for the completion time of the audit work.

▪  List of staff that will be deployed in the audit with their qualifications should also be provided.

▪  The bidders should have experience in the audit of IPSA-based financial statements.

▪  The bid will be on air for 7 (seven) working days from the bid announcement date February 11,2026 to February 19, 2026.

▪  The bidders should purchase a bid document for birr 500 (five hundred birr) and deliver all legal documents with their price to Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission (EMWACDC) Human Resource and Admin office on or before February 19, 2026, at 5:00 pm.

▪  Financial and technical proposals should be delivered separately.

▪  The bid will be opened on the next day February 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at EMWACDC head office. EMWACDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
